STANDARD ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

Application(s) must be mailed, faxed or emailed to HCS when fee paid online.
PLEASE be sure the application is sent to HCS.

Administrative Fee – One Student – $130


Administrative Fee – Two Students – $195


Administrative Fee – Three or more Students – $260

There are no further Administrative Fees for additional students from the same family (regardless of number).
Please remember to mail, email or fax appropriate forms to HCS office when paying online.

SET-UP FEE

SET-UP FEES ARE FOR NEWLY ENROLLING HIGH SCHOOLERS.
An interview with parent, student and HCS Headmaster is required.
Call the HCS office for an appointment.

TRANSCRIPT FEES

When colleges ask for a transcript, they want an “official” copy sent directly from HCS. We need student name, S.S.#, and the name & address of college. This information may be mailed or emailed to HCS.



Copy of Transcript – $10

COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATION FEES

As high school courses are completed, the course grades must be certified and a fee paid in order for them to appear on the student’s transcript.

SOUTHERN HISTORY COURSE

A single semester in length, the Southern History course brings information from over fifty books and multiple resources. It sweeps the events and people from colonization to the current day. Student is provided a notebook with pages for notes of the lectures, all reading materials, tests (graded by Rev. Jones), and a thumb drive with MP3 files of all sixteen lectures.



All Materials with Lectures on MP3 – $125

 

HCS DIPLOMA FEE

As the student finishes their courses and prepares for graduation, this fee is for the final production of their diploma.
